Machining services for prototypes, bridge runs, and repeat production.

One shop, one point of contact, one quality system. From first-article inspection to monthly blanket orders, our Loveland facility handles parts up to 40" x 20" x 20" in metals, plastics, and exotic alloys.

01

5-Axis CNC Milling

Simultaneous and 3+2 machining for complex geometry that would otherwise require multiple fixtures. Ideal for impellers, manifolds, housings, and sculpted aerospace brackets.

  • 40" x 20" x 20" travels
  • Simultaneous 5-axis
  • In-process probing
  • Aluminum, titanium, Inconel, steel
02

CNC Turning & Live-Tool Lathe

Multi-spindle turning centers with live tooling for cross-drilled holes, flats, and slots — eliminating secondary operations and reducing cost per part.

  • Bar feed up to 3.5" diameter
  • Live tooling & sub-spindle
  • Thread whirling & polygon turning
  • Swiss-style precision work
03

Prototyping & Rapid Production

From CAD to finished part in 48 hours. We bridge the gap between prototype and full production without the cost of hard tooling, so you can validate design and iterate faster.

  • 48-hour prototype turnaround
  • Bridge tooling available
  • Low-volume runs from 1 to 500
  • DFM feedback included
04

Surface Finishing & Assembly

Anodizing, bead blasting, laser marking, and light mechanical assembly coordinated through vetted US partners. You receive a finished, ready-to-install component — not a box of parts.

  • Type II & Type III anodize
  • Passivation & chem film
  • Laser marking & serialization
  • Sub-assembly & kitting
05

Inspection & Quality Documentation

Every order ships with first-article inspection reports (FAIR), material certifications, and SPC data when required. CMM inspection is performed in a climate-controlled lab.

  • Zeiss CMM with 0.5 µm accuracy
  • FAIR & PPAP documentation
  • Material traceability
  • AS9102 & ISO 9001:2015

Common Questions

Answers before you ask.

No. We regularly produce single-piece prototypes for engineers and small-batch bridge runs for production teams. Volume discounts begin at 50 pieces and scale through 50,000+ with dedicated cells.
We accept STEP, IGES, STL, SolidWorks, and native Fusion 360 files. If you only have a 2D drawing, we can work from PDF with dimensions, GD&T, and material callouts.
Yes. We routinely work under mutual NDAs and are ITAR-registered for controlled technical data. Send your NDA to [email protected] and we will return a signed copy within one business day.
Pricing is based on material cost, machine time, setup, and finishing. Complex geometry with tight tolerances or exotic alloys will cost more per part than simple prismatic work in aluminum. Full details are on our pricing page.
Our primary service area is the continental US. International shipments are possible for existing customers under ITAR-compliant export controls. Contact us at [email protected] to discuss specifics.
Every shipment is inspected against your drawing before release. If a non-conformance is identified — by us or by you — we re-machining, replace, or credit the affected parts at our cost. See our Terms of Service for the full warranty.
